Return of goods
1. General provisions
This return policy applies to all purchases made in the Grozera.lt online store.
We aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, the following returns policy applies.
2. Return period
According to the law of the Republic of Lithuania, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
3. Return conditions
The product can be returned if:
It has not been used, opened or damaged.
It is in its original, undamaged packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is provided.
Due to hygiene requirements , opened or used cosmetic products are not returned (except in cases where they are of poor quality or received damaged).
4. Product return procedure
To return an item, you must:

Pack the product in such a way that it is protected during transportation.
5. Refund
The money for the item will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
The money is refunded using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
The return costs (return shipping) are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the item was received defective or incorrect.
6. Low-quality goods
If you received a defective or incorrect item:

In this case, we cover the return costs, and the item is replaced or the money is refunded.
